Director and Occupational Therapist
With over 12 years of professional experience working with children in schools, Mark's passion for child development began at a young age, where he often volunteered with children's holiday programs during his school breaks. Mark pursued higher education and graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science in 2011 and a Master of Teaching (Primary) in 2013. He spent the next five years working in schools across Sydney and London, engaging with children from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
In London, Mark served as a music teacher for an entire school, including two classes with additional needs. He formed a deep connection with these children, who enthusiastically participated in his music activities and always greeted him with smiles. It was during this time that Mark was introduced to occupational therapy. In his spare time, he assisted the visiting occupational therapist with sessions, sparking his interest in the field.
Mark loved being able to work individually with a child and work on holistic goals that were meaningful to them and their families, so upon returning to Australia, Mark began further university training and graduated as an Occupational Therapist in 2018 from the University of Sydney.
Since graduating, Mark has worked with a range of children and their schools and families from the Inner West Sydney region. He has officially supervised new graduate and student OT's, and created and supported many group therapy initiatives relating to sport, Lego, self-regulation, yoga, and more.
Mark has presented at university workshops, provided in-house training presentations to fellow OTs, as well as other allied health professionals such as speech pathologists.
Mark has undergone professional development training in a multitude of areas including:
Occupational Performance Training
The Spalding® Method to Reading, Writing and Spelling
The Hanen Centre: SPARK Communication™ Coaching Parents to Use Hanen strategies
Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance (CO-OP; CO-OP ApproachTM)
From his extensive experience both as an occupational therapist and teacher, Mark draws from a wide variety of intervention approaches during therapy including, but not limited to,
Zones of Regulation
Seven Steps to Writing Success

Lego®-based Therapy

In his free time, Mark loves to spend time with his lovely wife Kesh and playing with his cheeky dog Dory at the beach. He enjoys playing soccer, going hiking, playing the piano, and is currently learning to play the djembe (African Drum)!
Director and Occupational Therapy Assistant
Kesh loves everything to do with movement and physical activity.
Growing up she played team sport (football, netball, soccer and oztag), yoga, danced for over 20 years, and taught dance for 6 years. Her favourite dance styles include Salsa, Hip Hop and a traditional classical Indian/Sri Lankan style Bharathanatayam.
She moved into the corporate world over the last 12 years, studying Commerce in Marketing and Economics and leading a team in Business Improvements and Operational Excellence while she continued to focus her energy on yoga in her personal time.
While working with adults in the corporate world and through leading her teams, Kesh was drawn to coaching and educating, helping her teams and the wider business work together in the most efficient way and collectively pull together creative solutions.
This instigated a special interest and career change to work with children to teach mindfulness, stress management and emotional regulation. She strongly believes in supporting children to equip them with essential life skills that can positively impact their emotional, social, and academic development and empowering them to navigate challenges, develop healthy relationships, and lead fulfilling lives.
In 2020, Kesh completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), followed by the 300 Hour in 2023 and YTT Children's Yoga.
Outside of Goalistic Therapy, Kesh loves to dance, sing, camp, travel and just be in nature with her husband Mark and doggie, Dory.
