This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date first written above and supersedes any previous versions.
We take pride in our role as your child's therapist and strongly believe that effective therapy is consistent. We therefore create a personalised therapy program which involves reserving a dedicated time slot each week specifically for your child, where we will not offer this time to another child.
Cancellation fees, therefore, apply to missed and short-notice cancellations (two clear business days). Cancellation fees are dependent on the service being provided and are for 100% of the service. Goalistic Therapy may be able to provide other options to accommodate cancellations, such as an online telehealth or parent coaching session, though this will be up to the discretion of the company.
This cancellation policy is aligned to the NDIS Short Notice Cancellations policy.
Absences of more than two consecutive weeks will result in your child's time slot being reallocated.
The above policy applies to in-school services. Please be aware that though your child's therapy session may take place at school, it is the responsibility of the parent/caregiver to inform the therapist about any changes to the school or day schedule, not their teacher or school administration team.
Due to the nature of the service, if your child is unable to attend their group program for any reason, these sessions are unable to be rescheduled.
Billing
Goalistic Therapy will bill for individual services automatically on a weekly basis, on the day of the session. Our group therapy sessions are billed at the start of the team for the full 10 weeks (adjusted to the school term). In the event that your therapist is unwell, we will make every effort to find an alternative solution for your child's therapy that week, however note that you will not be charged if we are unable to find a suitable solution.
